Operations Manager
Job Descriptions:
- Oversee all of the daily Operations of the Store.
- Create sales strategy and work plan in order to achieve sales targets in the predetermined areas
- Passionate about delivering exceptional levels of customer service and driving sales and all KPI.
- Focus on increasing Sales, ATV and conversion to drive margin and profit and achieve targets.
- To ensure outstanding presentation and visual merchandising standards are maintained at all times. Ensure the shop is tidy, clean and full at the end of the day.

- To manage and lead the team ensuring a consistent and exceptional
- standard of customer service in the store, ensuring the team members are engaging, acknowledging, courteous, develop an excellent product knowledge to engage with the customers.
- Monitor and develop staff in the predetermined areas in order to build leadership succession plan in store Implement and monitor SOP compliance of recruitment, training development, promotional, finance, stock, operation to ensure the store comply with the policy.
- Analyze needs and provide support in order to improve store effective & efficient store management systems.
- Monitor and control store operational excellence in order to have day to day excellent operational activity that support to the achievement of store goals.
- Analyze, monitor and evaluate store performance in predetermined areas to ensure the achievement of targets and operational standards of procedures, and to help overcome problems in store.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- Preferably Supervisor/Coordinators specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Skill and Competencies to check: Budget Vs Actual Retail metrics, SOP compliance, Operational Excellence.
- The ability to plan and prioritise workloads and delegate accordingly
- The ability to multi-task and work under pressure

Merchandiser Associate
Job Descriptions:
- Perform merchandising plan which includes product guidelines & product launching calendar based on sales analytics.
- Issue purchase orders to Production Team to ensure the availability of the right products to all channels.
- Perform inventory management by managing distribution of stock to all channels & execute promotion plan.
- Work closely with the Operation Team for any merchandise related subjects.
- Prepare promotion plan aligning with new product plan in order to maximize sales.
- Prepare product information to support product knowledge training material.
- Driving sales through improved availability and forecasting and reducing markdown and maximizing profit.
- Along with Buying Manager, do the negotiation and make an agreement with potential local supplier.
Requirements:

Job Descriptions:
- Developing design and installation drawings (DED) for store and event installations.

- Able to produce complete technically detailed drawings (shop drawing and as built drawing).
