5. Approximate quantity of your order
6. Description of your company and how you would like to use our products.

Eligibility

We require disclosure of the company that will be using the product and how product will be distributed or sold. We reserve the right to refuse service.

Lead Time

We generally require a minimum of 8 weeks of production lead time upon payment confirmation. 

Gift Wrapping

Tulola gift wrapping is available for free. We have pre-set options to choose from to your needs of your event.

Distribution

Tulola items purchased through our Corporate and Group division cannot be resold directly to consumers for any reason.

Payment Methods

All items ordered must be paid half before orders are produced. 

Shipping

Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground. Two-day and overnight shipping options are available for an additional charge. Shipping charges will be calculated and added to your order invoice.

Warranty

Our goal is to provide high quality goods and products. Accordingly, we warrant the goods will meet their specification and will be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery.
