Warranty And Service Policy

For every purchase of any new Tulola Jewelry you will receive a Tulola Warranty and Service card. The Tulola Warranty and Service is valid for two years from the date of your purchase. It will be registered in the Tulola network; accessible and honored from any Tulola Boutiques. 


The Warranty and Service guarantees the authenticity of Tulola Jewelry and covers all manufacturing defects only. This warranty does not however cover normal wear of the jewelry or stones. It is not valid in case of loss, theft, improper use, negligence or attempts to repair by unauthorized persons.


If your jewelry is returned during the Warranty Period, any component found by our technical services to be defective as a result of a manufacturing defect will be, at Tulola’s sole discretion, repaired or replaced free of charge. Upon expiration of the Warranty Period, any services or repairs will be subjected to a service charge.

Your Tulola Warranty and Service does not cover, notably:

  • Defects, damages and any parts or stone loss resulting from misuse or negligence, accident, or other causes beyond our control
  • Defects, damages and any parts or stone loss caused by improper use (knocks, dents, crushing to the jewel, or stones etc.), alterations, tampering, dismantling or unauthorised modifications or repairs, as well as services, works and repairs performed by anyone other than Tulola.

However, Tulola Warranty and Service covers :

  • Routine maintenance and cleaning, as well as the consequences of the normal wear and tear and ageing of the jewelry.
  • Any defects resulting from the contact with Fragrance, alcohol, cosmetics, ammonia, chlorine or  intense sources of heat and extreme temperature changes.

In order to benefit from your Tulola Warranty, you will be required to quote your proof of purchase. You can use any of these proof of purchase to validate whether your jewelry is within the 2-Year Warranty. 

Tulola is not responsible for any  transport cost or delivery charges incurred to or from for the serviced items. You are responsible for transportation costs, including but not limited to postage, insurance and packing materials

Only official Tulola Boutiques are entitled to provide warranty services as defined herein.

For the claim process, follow these steps:

Through Tulola boutique:

  1. Please visit the nearest Tulola boutique and claim the Warranty & Service service. Our Sales Assistant will help you to check the date of purchase and ensure your Warranty & Service period as well as help you fill out the service form.
  2. After filling in the form, you will get a receipt stating the condition of the product and the completeness of the product when it was given to Tulola.
  3. Tulola Service Center will contact you after receiving the product and reconfirm the product to be serviced before sending it to our Studio in Bali.
  4. Once Studio Tulola receives your product, we will do QC to ensure any repairs that need to be made. Please note, if your Warranty & Service period has expired, or if there is damage that is not covered by our Warranty & Service; Tulola will inform you of the repair costs before confirming service.
  5. After getting confirmation and payment (if any), Tulola will continue the service process. The length of service period is determined by the condition of the product, estimated for approximately 30 working days. Repair time can be longer than usual and repair cost will be incurred.
  6. Tulola Service Center will contact you when the service is finished. Our Personal Shopper will assist you with product pick up or delivery and advise if there is an additional cost.

Through Tulola Service Center:

  1. You can contact Tulola Service Center at +62 811-1024-142. Tulola Personal Shopper will assist you to check the date of purchase and confirm your Warranty & Service period. Tulola Service Center will then advise the address for delivery of the product.
  2. After filling in the form, you will get a receipt stating the condition of the product and the completeness of the product when it was given to Tulola.
