Shipping policy

Tulola ships internationally.

Once your order has been shipped, Tulola will send you an email with the necessary tracking details. Please track your order via My Order History. You’ll once again be notified when orders are shipped from Tulola’s warehouse.

Orders are processed and shipped on Weekdays only (exclusive of Indonesia’s public holidays). Same-day delivery will be processed for orders placed before 12 pm WIB. Shipping may take additional time during sale periods, holidays, and extreme weather events.

Tulola is unable and not responsible for any delivery address changes.
